We’re incredibly proud to have created a fantastic new reablement centre right here in Scunthorpe, a place designed to empower people on their journey to recovery and independence. Partnering with the NHS is an exciting and valuable opportunity for us, bringing together our strengths to deliver real impact. This centre isn’t just a building; it’s a hub of hope and support, tailored to meet the needs of our local community. It’s a milestone for us and a big step forward for the people we serve.
I have received excellent care whilst being in The Grange. The Staff are excellent, they keep morale up. Food is very good. Lovely atmosphere. Staff cannot do enough for you. Best care home I know.
The staff looked after my brother very well. They cared for his needs and also I got on with the carers very well. Thank you to all concerned. On entering the premises my first time of visiting, I was made to feel very welcome.
Really good care. Helped Mum and met her needs. Called in further support/assessments if needs required. Communicated well and kept us informed of her progress and care.
